1.       Remove all plastic wrapping and submerge shiitake log in sink for 30 seconds.

2.       Place shiitake log on a plate on your kitchen counter.   Or place shiitake log in a shady area in your garden.

3.       Spray entire shiitake log minimum once per day with a light mist.

4.       Keep out of direct sunlight.

5.       Once you harvest the first round of shiitakes, submerge log again for 1 minute and repeat process for a potential second flush.  Or place shiitake log in a shady area in your garden.
